HV Content Loft Studio Giveaway Disclaimer

By entering the HV Content Loft contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • The winner will receive 4 free hours of studio rental time at HV Content Loft.

  • Only the studio rental time is free—all additional services, equipment rentals, or other add-ons must be paid for separately.

  • The winner must comply with all booking requirements, studio rules, and policies, including:

    • Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance (last-minute requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed).

    • A Certificate of Insurance is required to book the space. (If you don’t have insurance, you may purchase a short-term policy.)

    • The studio must be cleaned and reset to its original state after use to avoid cleaning fees.

    • A release of liability must be signed before using the space.

    • Rescheduling and cancellations follow our standard policy—any changes within 72 hours of the booking may be subject to fees.

    • Overtime fees apply beyond the allotted 4 free hours at a rate of $15 per 15-minute increment.

  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the studio.

  • Food and drinks are only allowed in the upstairs lounge area.

  • Furniture and gear may be used but must be returned to their original positions.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges or disqualification from future contests. By participating, you agree to all terms set forth by HV Content Loft.
